"Shellfish" means crustaceans and molluscs. "Gluten" covers wheat, rye, barley and oats. The list follows Health Canada's priority food allergens. Our kitchen also handles tree nuts, sesame, fish and shellfish, so tell your server about any allergy, even when a dish does not list it.
