How we approach it
A bathroom renovation packs a lot of trades into a small room. We schedule them tightly, so your bathroom is out of service for as short a time as possible, usually two to three weeks.
Water is the main risk in any bathroom. Every shower we build gets a full waterproof membrane under the tile, and we flood test it before the tile goes on.
We order the tile, fixtures and vanity before we remove anything. Once the room is open, nothing waits on a delivery.

Your project lead books the trades, orders the materials and checks the work. They are on site most days and send you a short update every Friday.

Questions about bathrooms
Can you make a bathroom accessible?
Yes. We build curbless showers, add wall blocking for grab bars and widen doorways where the walls allow it.
How do heated floors work?
A thin electric mat goes under the tile. It runs on a programmable thermostat, so the floor is warm when you need it and off when you do not.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We apply for all building permits and book every inspection. The cost is included in your quote.
How far ahead are you booked?
Usually six to ten weeks for kitchens and basements. Smaller jobs can often start sooner.
