Your project lead books the trades, orders the materials and checks the work. They are on site most days and send you a short update every Friday.

Do we need to move out?
Usually not. We seal off the work area and keep your kitchen and one bathroom working. For a second storey, some families stay elsewhere for a few weeks.
How long do permits take?
It depends on the project and how busy the city is. We give you a realistic estimate at the first meeting and apply as soon as the drawings are ready.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We apply for all building permits and book every inspection. The cost is included in your quote.
How far ahead are you booked?
Usually six to ten weeks for kitchens and basements. Smaller jobs can often start sooner.
