Common questions
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We apply for all building permits and book every inspection. The cost is included in your quote.
How far ahead are you booked?
Usually six to ten weeks for kitchens and basements. Smaller jobs can often start sooner.
Which areas do you work in?
All of Ottawa, including Kanata, Orléans, Barrhaven, Nepean and Stittsville, plus Manotick and Carp.
How do payments work?
A deposit to book your start date, then payments tied to finished stages of work. You never pay ahead of progress.
