How we work

The same agent from start to finish.

We keep the team small so you always deal with the same agent. The person who prices your home is the person who shows it and negotiates your offers.

We post sold prices, client names and reviews only with written consent, and we explain every fee before you sign anything.

  3. 03Weekly updates while you are listed

How we advertise

The rules we write by.

Real estate advertising in Ontario follows rules set by RECO. Here is how they shape this site. You can read RECO's advertising requirements in full.

  1. 01

    Our brokerage on every page

We are a team within Ashgrove Realty Inc., Brokerage. Its name is on every page of this site, on our signs and in our ads.

  2. 02

    Registered titles

Each agent appears with the title they are registered under, either Broker or Sales Representative.

  3. 03

    No sold prices without consent

We show a sold home, its price or the people involved only with their written consent.

  4. 04

    No rankings

We do not call ourselves the best or the first in any market. We have no way to prove claims like those, so we do not make them.

  5. 05

    Fees before you sign

Our commission is set by agreement with the brokerage. We put it in writing and explain what it covers before you sign anything.

  6. 06

    Reviews with written consent

We post a review only with the client's dated, written consent, and we label example text as an example.

Working with us

Four steps, all in writing.

Book a first call

  1. First call

A 20-minute call about your plans, your timing and your budget.

  2. Written plan

A pricing or search plan in writing, with our fees stated up front.

  3. List or search

We market your home or book your showings, and update you every week.

  4. Offer to closing

We negotiate the offer and stay in touch with your lawyer until you get the keys.

Example review. We post reviews only with the client's dated, written consent.

Ines told us to fix the basement before we touched the kitchen, and she showed us the sales on our street that made her case. Every Friday we got a short email with what happened that week and what came next.
