This is an opinion of market value from a registered agent. It is not an appraisal, and a lender that needs one will order it from a licensed appraiser.
What comes back
A range, and the sales behind it.
We choose three to five recent sales close to your home and mark them on a line from lower to higher price. Then we place your home among them and explain each step. You see the sales we used, so you can check our thinking.
The reply goes to you privately. We do not publish sale prices on this site without the written consent of the people involved.
