What is included

Fillings and crowns, with our general dentists

Fillings and crowns at Maplegate are provided by our general dentists. A filling repairs a small area of decay. When a tooth is badly broken or weakened after a root canal, your dentist may recommend a crown, which covers the whole tooth. Crowns usually take two visits, with a temporary crown in between. Before any treatment starts, we give you a written estimate and send a predetermination to your insurance plan if you ask.

Referrals

When we refer

If a missing tooth would be better replaced with an implant, we explain the option and refer you to another dental office that places implants.

Costs

A written estimate before treatment

We bill most insurance plans and the Canadian Dental Care Plan directly. Before any treatment, you get a written estimate that shows what your plan should pay.

Usually two treatment visits about two weeks apart, with a temporary crown in between.
