- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business details and anything you write when you contact us, use the project chat on our website or become a client.
- The project chat. An AI assistant writes the replies in the chat. When you send the chat, we read the whole conversation and reply within one business day.
- Technical information. When you visit the site, we may collect your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and provide our services.
- To send information about your project, invoices and service updates.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To meet legal and tax requirements.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, email, analytics and accounting tools. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Fireworks AI runs the AI model behind the project chat on our website. Each message you type in the chat goes to Fireworks to write the next reply. When you send the chat, the whole conversation goes to Fireworks one more time, so the AI can write a summary of your project for us. Fireworks states that it does not log or store prompts or replies for open models, such as the one we use, unless the customer opts in (Fireworks data handling). Its servers are in the United States (Fireworks privacy policy). The summary and the whole conversation come to us by email.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
- A new owner if the business is sold or merged.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our services or as the law requires.
Your rights
